IBKRATS Fees and Rebates

Notes:

1. Directed orders to IBKRATS that are marketable will generally be rejected.
2. Negative numbers are rebates.
3. Applies to all RegNMS listings. No fees or rebates are assessed on PINK and OTCBB securities.
4. In the event an order is eligible for execution on a different venue but is instead routed to IBKRATS, IB will charge/rebate to costs applicable to the exchange the order could have been routed to.
