What You Need for the Administrator Account Application

In addition to your name, address and phone number, you will need the following information to complete the Administrator Account Application:


  • Tax Identification Number for the entity
  • US Social Security Number or ID number if not a US citizen (Driver's License, Alien Identification Card, Passport or National Identity Card)
  • US Tax Classification (For LLCs only: Partnership, Corporation, or Disregarded Entity)
  • Information about the services you offer, including:
    • Certifications you may hold
    • Education
    • Number of years in business
    • Number clients
    • Services you provide: Third-Party Administration, Accounting Services, Auditing Services or Legal Services
    • The fees you charge for your service
